What we do:
Strategic Plan
The DSPL4 Strategic plan underpins all the work we do over the space of an academic year, outlining what long and short term pieces of work we will be doing in each sector.
Behaviour Strategy
DSPL4 has developed its own behaviour strategy, devised by the DSPL4 SEMH Sub-group. The strategy defines the tiered approach to SEMH and behaviour support we offer in the area.
Management Committee
Each DSPL is governed by a Management Committee. The committee is made up of representatives from a variety of sectors, together they make joint decisions about the support DSPL4 offers.
Local Offer
DSPL4 works closely with the Hertfordshire Local Authority who have developed the Local Offer. The Local Offer lets parents and young people know what special educational needs and disabilities services are available in Hertfordshire, and who can access them.
