At DSPL4, we commission a Transition co-ordinator to provide support to schools, students and their parents/carers and colleges, to enable the most vulnerable SEND students from mainstream secondary schools to make smooth and successful transitions from school to college or employment.

Sandra Mahoney’s role is to reduce the number of young people becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) after leaving school.
